Angela Pierdonà2024-09-10T14:17:56+02:00Sei titolare o gestore di una struttura ricettiva o di un immobile destinato a locazione breve o per finalità turistiche? Da settembre sarà obbligatorio esporre il CIN, Codice Identificativo Nazionale in materia di affitti brevi (che non superino cioè i 30 giorni di locazione).
Il 3 settembre è stato pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale l’Avviso, previsto ai sensi del comma 15, art. 13-ter, decreto-legge n. 145/2023, attestante l’entrata in funzione della Banca Dati nazionale delle strutture ricettive e degli immobili destinati a locazione breve o per finalità turistiche e del portale telematico (BDSR) del Ministero del turismo per l’assegnazione del CIN.
La piattaforma digitale è realizzata dal Ministero del Turismo in collaborazione con le Regioni e le Province Autonome. Il CIN dovrà essere richiesto sul sito ufficiale della BDRS.
I itolari o i gestori delle strutture turistico-ricettive alberghiere ed extra-alberghiere, delle unità immobiliari a uso abitativo destinate a contratti di locazione per finalità turistiche e di quelle destinate alle locazioni brevi, compresi coloro già chiamati a possedere ed esporre il codice regionale o provinciale, dovranno richiedere il CIN.
È possibile richiedere il proprio CIN accedendo alla piattaforma del ministero tramite SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale) o carta d’identità elettronica (CIE). Dopo aver verificato i dati della propria struttura o locazione, è possibile procedere con la richiesta. A partire dalla pubblicazione dell’avviso, gli interessati avranno 60 giorni per richiedere il codice (120 giorni per chi possiede già un codice regionale o provinciale, e 30 giorni per chi lo richiede dal 3 settembre in poi).
Dove è obbligatorio esporre il CIN?
All’esterno della struttura e su ogni annuncio online sia su portali dedicati che su qualunque sito web dove la struttura è pubblicizzata.
